Mijas Pueblo is a charming white village. Close to the main roads and beach is only 10 minutes away. This one level spacious apartment is located with easy and quick access in and out to the pueblo. Private parking in the front of your house.
Very relaxing street, with nice Spanish environment. You feel like you are living in a private house.
2 really spacious en-suite bedrooms. Master bedroom has private access to the glassed winter terrace, where you can enter to the main terrace as well. Winter terrace can be used as dining room or great office or hobby room.
Super spacious and bright living and dining room. Independent kitchen is very new, it has everything in it. It is not too isolated, you can still talk to your family and friends when somebody is cooking. On the hallway is practical storage. And on the entrance you have guest toilet.
Wifi and water is included in the rental price. Parking is in a private garage with automatic door. Pet is allowed.
2 months deposit, 1 month agency fees (+vat)
